Negative Declaration

Dutchess County - The Planning Board of the Town of Poughkeepsie, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Marist College Waterfront-Longview Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves development of a waterfront park including improvements to existing bulkhead, boathouse and parking facilities and utilities; and construction of new river access, parking and pedestrian facilities and amenities.

Rockland County - The Planning Board of the Village of Chestnut Ridge, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lecroy Research Systems Corp. Preliminary Site Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 100,000 square foot expansion of an existing light industrial and research and development use with offices with accompanying expansion of 305 parking spaces. The project is located on the east side of Chestnut Ridge Road, Town of Ramapo.

Ulster County - The Planning Board of the Village of Saugerties, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Goddard Development/Price Chopper Supermarket will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves improvements on a 4.847 lot and construction of a proposed 46,651 s.f. Supermarket and 2,915 s.f. satellite bldg. The project is located in the Village of Saugerties.
