Project Description: The applicant proposes to modify portions of the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland K-13 (Class II) in order to construct a single family residence on a 4.9 acre parcel. Activities proposed within the adjacent area of the Freshwater Wetland include construction of a residence with septic system, paved driveway, and various drainage improvements. The total area of disturbance to the adjacent area is 0.44 acre. The project is located on the east side of Byram Lake Road, 1500 feet south of NYS Route 117 (Bedford Road) in the Town of New Castle, Westchester County. |
