Albany County - The Planning Board of the Town of Colonie, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lowe's Home Improvement Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves demolition of existing commercial buildings totaling 168,500 sq. ft. in area and construction of a 141,477 sq. ft. retail store with a 24,722 sq. ft. covered garden center. The project is located at 800 Loudon Road in the Town of Colonie.

Otsego County - The Town of Unadilla, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Creation of and Construction of Riverside Community Sewer District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. A Public Hearing will be held on June 26, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at Sidney Civic Center, Liberty Street, Sidney, New York. The action involves creation of and construction of a sewer collection system in the hamlet of Riverside immediately northeast of the Village of Sidney in the Town of Unadilla.

Columbia County - The Village Board of the Village of Valatie, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed re-zoning of the Valatie Village Plaza. The action involves rezoning a portion of a R-1 residential to create a total of approximately 62150 square feet of a B2 Business Area. The project is located at 1048 Route 9, Valatie, New York.
