Applicant proposes to construct 40 feet of new bulkhead to be located below Average High Water (AHW) and Averge Low Water (ALW) in order to tie into two adjacent bulkheads. The project will result in the filling of approx 400 sq. feet of shoals/mudflats (SM). The applicant also proposes to dredge 10 feet seaward of the new bulkhead to -4 average low water and install a 2.5' x 17' ramp, one float (6' x 20') and (2) finger floats (3' x 12'). The project is located on Grand Canal in Wantagh, Town of Hempstead

Applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling and sanitary system in the adjacent area of a regulated fresh water wetland (MT-39) The limit of clearing and sground disturbance will be located approximately 60 feet from the wetland boundary and the dwelling is proposed at more than 100' from the wetland boundary and will be considered non-jurisdiction. The project is located on Tuthills Lane (Lot 3) Aquebogue, Town of Riverhead - SCTM# 600-67-4-33.6

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling within the adjacent area of a regulated Freshwater Wetland (#R-1). The dwelling is proposed within 75 feet of the freshwater wetlands at this site. The project is located at 884 Pondview Road, Riverhead, Town of Riverhead, Suffolk County, SCTM# 0600-107-2-50.

The Applicant proposes to subdivide an existing parcel approximately 17.6 acres in area located in the Village of Dering Harbor. It is bounded on the west by Locust Point Road and on the east by Manhasset Road. Two new parcels would be created, the larger measuring approximately 13.6 acres and the smaller approximately 4 acres. The proposed 13.6 acre lot would be deeded to Suffolk County, the Town of Shelter Island, and the Village of Dering Harbor as part of the Unified Open Space Program. The proposed 4 acre lot would be located on the corner of Locust Point Road and South Street and is bordered to the northeast by two single family dwellings. No construction or other disturbance is proposed at this time.

Applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, deck, swimming poool and septic system in the adjacent area of a regulated fresh water wetland. The dwelling/deck will be placed approximately 85' from the fresh water wetland boundary. The property is located on to Stone Creek, Village of Quogue, Town of Southampton (SCTM# 0902-005.00-01.00-035.001)
