Broome County - The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Whitney Point, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law amending the Land Use Management Map of the Village of Whitney Point will not have a significant environmental impact on the following.

Said Local Law changes the land use district designation of the following properties from Residential (Ra1) to Commercial (C):

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Broome County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed acquisition of land and construction of a new high school for the Whitney Point Central School District, SED Project No. 03-14-01-06-0-010-001. Comments on the Final EIS will be accepted by the contact person until June 15, 2001. The action involves the purchase of 210 acres of land and 150,000 square feet of new construction. The project is located on NYS Route 79, Whitney Point, New York.

Onondaga County - The Town Board of the Town of Clay, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Zone Change Application. The action involves an application for a zone change from A-1 District to R-1 and R-5 Districts. The project is located villagewide.
