Delaware County - The Delaware County IDA, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Single Purpose Economic Development Sewer and Water Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30-day public comment period commencing with the date of this notice. The action involves extension of sewer and water lines from the Village of Deposit to businesses along Airport Road in the Town of Deposit.

The conditions are:

• Delaware County will ensure that the Phase III Data Retrieval Plan will be implemented as approved by the SHPO, for the Deposit Airport l Prehistoric Site (A02506.000026).
• Delaware County will ensure that a Phase II site examination will be completed for the Deposit Airport ll Prehistoric Site (A02506.000027), and for the SHPO to determine if the site meets the criteria for inclusion in the State and National Register of Historic Places.
• If the Deposit Airport ll Prehistoric Site is determined eligible for listing, and it cannot be avoided, a Data Retrieval Plan will be provided to the SHPO for approval prior to implementation.
• The SHPO will authorize work to proceed within the site boundaries after we have approved the End-of-Field Work Letter(s) for the eligible site(s). Delaware County will ensure that the Data Retrieval Plan(s) are fully implemented as approved by the SHPO.
