Project Description:

The Department proposes to issue a Title V Facility Permit for the application that was received from the St. Lawrence Cement Company for their existing St. Lawrence Company Portland Cement Facility located on the west bank of the Hudson River on Route 9W, Town of Catskill, County of Greene. This facility is a Portland Cement manufacturing plant built in 1966 and located on Route 9W, south of the Village of Catskill.
