Negative Declaration

Albany County - The Town of Colonie Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lowe's Home Improvement Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the demolition of existing commercial buildings totaling 168,500 sq. ft. in area, and construction of a 141,477 sq. ft. retail store with a 24,722 sq. ft. covered garden center. The project is located at 800 Loudon Road in the Town of Colonie, Albany County.

Greene County - The Town of Greenville Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Greenville Water District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves various water treatment, distribution, and pressure improvements for the Town of Greenville Water District. The project is located throughout the district.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Delaware County - The Village Board of Fleischmanns, as lead agency, has accepted a Final EIS on the proposed New Wastewater Infrastructure Program - Village of Fleischmanns. The action involves the construction of facilities for the collection, transport and treatment of wastewater; the acquisition of real property or rights in real property necessary to effectuate the project; the adoption of local land use laws to ensure that the capacity of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) is not exceeded; the adoption of a sewer use law and provisions for the operation and maintenance of the WWTP. The prjoect is located in the Village of Fleischmanns.
