Applicant proposes to construct a portion of an inground swimming pool (18 feet by 40 feet) within the regulated 100 foot adjacent area of NYS Freshwater Wetland PV-64 (Class 2). The pool will be located approximately 90 feet away from the wetland. The project is located at the applicant's residence at 6 Apple Summit Lane off of Arthursburg Road (County Road 42).

The applicant proposes to construct a twelve foot wide shale driveway approximately 200 feet of which would cross the 100 foot adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland NB-6 (Class: II). The purpose is to access a building site for a new house on a 4.3 + acre parcel located on the north side of Mt. Zion Road approximatley 1/2 mile east of the intersection with Mountain Road.

The applicant proposes to add two new water supply wells to to the Greenbriar Water District water supply and distribution system (WSA No. 10,108). The wells have yields of 50 and 55 gallons per minute, as determined by 72-hour pump tests. The wells are located on the north side of Greenbriar Drive, about 1,100 feet east of the intersection with Warren Street. The new wells are intended to supplement the existing wells, the yields of which have diminished over time.
