Project Description: The Department has made a tentative determination to approve this application for a modification of an existing permit for the discharge of 0.200 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated sanitary wastewater to the St. Regis River from the proposed new wastewater treatment facility to be built in the Town of Brasher in St. Lawrence County to replace the existing system.
