The applicant proposes to resheath 52 linear feet of exisiting bulkhead, construct 10 linear feet of new bulkhead to fill in a boat ramp, dredge approximately 1000 sq. ft. seaward of replacement bulkhead and new bulkhead to a depth of 4' below apparent low water. Place 65 cubic yards of dredge material and an additional 26 cubic yards of clean fill landward of the bulkhead and in the abandoned boat ramp. The property is located off Peconic Bay Blvd., on Flanders Bay, in Aquebogue.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.
