Negative Declaration

Clinton County - The Clinton County Legislature, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Modification of Clinton County's Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan (SWMP) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a ministerial update to the Clinton County SWMP for the sole purpose of making reference in the SWMP to the previously approved Overlay Landfill Project at the Schuyler Falls Landfill. The project is county-wide.

SERP Action - Reaffirmation of Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Village of Stillwater, as lead agency, has determined that the Water Storage Tank will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves construction of a 548,000 gallon water storage tank and appurtenant water transmission mains. A Negative Declaration was issued on February 18, 1998, this notice reaffirms that determination. The project is located in the Village of Stillwater.

Completion of Addendum to DEIS - Acceptance of DEIS

Warren County - The Town Board of the Town of Queensbury, as lead agency, has accepted an Addendum to a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Aviation Mall Renovation and Expansion. Public comment period on the Addendum ends June 18, 2001. The action involves construction and operation of a 125,000 SF GLA single-story building resulting in a 100,000 SF GLA expansion to the existing Aviation Mall, associated parking and other accessory uses as well as the rezoning of lands located northwest of Aviation Mall between Aviation Mall and the I-87 (Northway) Exit 19 and to amend the Town of Queensbury Zoning Ordinance regarding the Enclosed Shopping Center - 25 acre zone. Upon completion, the overall Aviation Mall will be 661,000 SF GLA. The project is located on Aviation Road in the Town of Queensbury.
