Ulster County - The County of Ulster Legislature as Lead Agency has determined that the proposed construction of a new Ulster County Law Enforcement Center, to be situate in the City of Kingston will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.
A Negative Declaration for the project was previously approved on November 10, 1999. The Amended Negative Declaration and related action involves the development of 6.71 acres of a 18.7 acre site for a law enforcement center. The center will consist of 280,0000 gross square feet of housing and support structures and 220 on-site parking spaces.

Dutchess County - The New York State Office of Mental Health ("OMH"), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Shared Resource Public Safety and Wireless Communications Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of a 150-foot tall, multi-user, multi-purpose monopole. The facility will support two-way wireless communications equipment of OMH, New York State Police and the State Emergency Management Office. The facility will also support the ancillary antennas of Independent Wireless One Corporation together with related equipment cabinets at the base thereof. The equipment of the OMH, New York State Police and the State Emergency Management Office will be placed at the center line level of 150 feet. The project is located on the property of the Hudson Valley Psychiatric Center, west of the hilltop access road, approximately one-quarter (1/4) mile northeast of the intersection of Route 9G and Cottage Road in the Town of Hyde Park.

Orange County - The Warwick Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed application by Elizabeth Chimelowski will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a variance of the Town of Warwick Development Approval Moratorium to allow the applicant to proceed to the Town Board for issuance of a Special Use Permit to allow use of the premises for the storage of golf carts. The project is located at 16 VanSickle Road, in the Town of Warwick.

Westchester County - The Town of Greenburgh Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a draft EIS on the proposed The Landmark at Eastview: Proposed Professional Athletic Training Facility and Research and Development Buildings. A public hearing on the draft EIS will be held on May 30, 2001 at 4:00 p.m. at the Greenburgh Town Hall, 320 Tarrytown Road, Elmsford, NY. Comments on the draft EIS are requested and will be accepted by the contact person until June 11, 2001. The action involves the development of one (1) Professional Athletic Training Facility of 125,000 square feet and two (2) research and development buildings of 150,000 square feet and 170,000 square feet at the Landmark at Eastview. Action includes subdivision of parcel and zoning amendment necessary to accommodate professional athletic training facility. The project is located at The Landmark At Eastview, Old Saw Mill River Road, Town of Greenburgh.

Westchester County - The City of Peekskill Planning Commission, as lead agency, has accepted a draft EIS on the proposed Riverbend Residential Project - Saint Francis Property. A public hearing on the draft EIS will be held on June 12, 2001 at 8:00 p.m. at the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 840 Main Street, Peekskill, NY. Comments on the draft EIS are requested and will be accepted by the Director of Planning and Development until twenty (20) days after the close of the Public Hearing. The action involves the construction of a residential rental development consisting of 242 units of luxury housing on a site located on South Street in the City of Peekskill.
