Oneida County - The Upper Mohawk Valley Regional Water Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Southern Reservoir Site - Water Storage Tanks Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of up to three water storage tanks, related new mains, valving and control structures. Existing water mains will also be cleaned and lined in order to increase flow capacity. Existing pump stations and chemical treatment facilities will be modified. The project is located at the Southern Reservoir Site, Pleasant St., New Hartford.

Lewis County - The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Mined Land Reclamation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the modification of an existing permit to mine 18.5 acres of sand and gravel on a 300 acre parcel owned by Clinton Alseman, RR 2, Box 114, Lowville. It is proposed to add 15.5 acres for a new life of mine area of 34 acres. The site is located approximately 500 ft. east of NYS Route 812, 2,000 ft. south of the intersection of NYS Route 812 and Buckingham Road. The additional acreage will facilitate reclamation which will achieve flatter slopes for agricultural use.
