Chautauqua County - The North Chautauqua Lake Sewer District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed replacement of interceptor line and expansion of wastewater treatment plant will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of approximately 1,280 feet of existing sewer interceptor line running between East Chautauqua Street and Evans Street in the Village of Mayville, and the expansion of the capacity of the district's wastewater treatment plant by approximately fifty percent. The project is located east on Chautauqua Street to Evans Street and 50 Clark Street, Mayville.

Niagara County - The Town of Porter, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lakeshore Sewer District - Phase I will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Phase I construction consisting of a pump station, approximately 9,200 l.f. of gravity sewer and 3,400 l.f. of sanitary forcemains. The project is located on Lake Road, Orchard Drive, Johnston Drive and Weeks Circle.

Niagara County - The Industrial Development Agency of the Town of Lockport, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lockport Merchant Associates Power Project Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction and operation of a 79.9 MW electrical generation facility fueled by natural gas consisting of two simple-cycle, GE LM 6000, gas turbine generators or Pratt and Whitney Twin Pac/Power Pac FT-8 engines. The project is located at 5087 Junction Road, Lockport, New York.

Erie County - The Town of Lancaster, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Manufacturer's and Traders Trust Rezone, and Development of Pleasant Meadows Subdivision may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the rezoning of approximately 271 acres and construction of Pleasant Meadows Subdivision consisting of 174 homes, 120 patio homes, 512 apartment units, 10 offices, and a 42-acre park/nature preserve. The project is located on the south side of Pleasant View Drive, east of Central Avenue, and immediately east of Lancaster School District property on Pleasant View Drive running south to the north side of Walden Avenue in the Town of Lancaster.
