The applicant proposes to convert an existing public supply well that is currently not being used to an irrigation well. The new irrigation well will have a pump capacity of 1200 gallons per minute. The project site is located at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, Town of Hempstead, Nassau County.

The applicant proposes to make improvements to an existing sewage treatment plant which is wihtin the boundaries of the Peconic River's Scenic corridor. The improvements include the construction of of an aerobic sludge digester, upgrades to the sand filter beds, installtion of new liners and a leak detection system in the diversion ponds, and demolition and removal of the existing sludge digester. All the proposed work will be within the boundaries of the sewage treatment plant site. The project is located in the northeast quarter of the Brookhaven National Laboratory site in Upton, Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County.

Clearing is proposed to within 85 feet of the wetland. The wetland and adjacent woodlands have been documented as a known habitat of the endangered Tiger Salamander. The project is located on Oak Street, T - East Hampton, Suffolk County.

Clearing is proposed to within 63 feet of the wetland. The wetland and adjacent woodlands have been documented as a known habitat of the endangered Tiger Salamander. The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, sanitary system, swimming pool, pool house, and place 200 cubic yards of clean fill for the proposed sanitary system. The proposed dwelling is located within the 100 foot adjacent area of NYS regulated freshwater wetland SA-14 as delineated by Southampton Town and verified by the NYSDEC, and the entire project is located within the adjacent area of formerly connected tidal wetlands known as Jule Pond. The project is located at 370 Fowler Lane, Southampton Town, SCTM #900-178-1-22.1.
