Cattaraugus County - The Franklinville Town and Village Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town and Village of Franklinville Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The Comprehensive Plan presents an inventory of existing conditions in the Town and Village of Franklinville in the areas of housing, population, environmental resources, transportation, infrastructure, land use, community facilities, historic resources and the economy. The Plan includes recommended policies for achieving the Goals identified. The project is located in the Town and Village of Franklinville.

Erie County - The State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Renovation of Campus House for Hospitality Program will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves renovation of an existing 2-story building as laboratory space for hospitality program, including new commercial kitchen, life safety and accessibility improvements, exterior repairs and associated sitework. The project is lcoated at the State University College at Buffalo.

Erie County - The Town Board of the Town of Grand Island, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Fuccillo Chevrolet Inc. - New Automobile and Truck Dealership will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an approximately 30,000 sq. ft. building on approximately 11 acres of a 23.83 acre site. The building will house the applicant's Chevrolet automobile and truck dealership, and will include parking for 625 vehicles, along with on site detention basins, a waterline extension and onsite mitigation of federal wetlands. The project is located at 2000 Alvin Road, Town of Grand Island.
