The action involves construction of a wireless communications facility, consisting of a 150' monopole tower, various antennae to be located thereon, associated building(s) used to house computers, switches, other equipment, and related structures and improvements. The project is located off Lusso Road in the Town of Glen, New York.

Montgomery County - The Planning Board of the Town of Florida, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Florida Business Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of 620 acres of land into 5 lots for the purpose of development of various uses within the Industrial Business Park zoning, including a 320 acre parcel for use as a Kmart's Regional Distribution Center. The project is located on the north side of NYS Route 5S, approximately two miles west of Route 30 in the Town of Florida.
