New York City County - The New York City Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Marymount School of New York will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the leasehold acquisition and associated renovations to the building. The approved work will include the conversion of interior space into a Middle School, as well as a 15,000 square foot expansion. The project is located at 2 East 82nd Street, New York, New York.

New York City County - The New York City Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Credit Suisse First Boston will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the leasehold acquisition and associated interior renovations to Floors 2 through 9 in the exterior landmarked building on the site location. The work will include only the interior renovations of existing office space for continued use in the same capacity. Conditioned Negative Declaration

New York City County - The City Planning Commission of New York City, as lead agency, has dtermined that the proposed 770-780 Eighth Avenue, Biltmore Theater Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30- day public comment period commencing with the date of this notice. The action involves construction of a new 61-story, mixed use building. The building would contain approximately 444,248 gross square feet of residential space with approximately 559 dwelling units, approximately 45,007 gsf of retail and office and up to 62 accessory parking spaces. In total, the building would contain approximately 489,255 gsf. The project is located at 770-780 Eight Avenue, New York, New York. The conditions are:
