Construct a single family residence with well and leach field on a 41/4 acre lot . The project will require the construction of a portion of the driveway (about 150 feet) in the Regulated adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland CL-13

Remove a Gravel Bar 160 feet long X 20 feet wide and place Heavy stone Rip Rap on 225 feet of the south bank of the Kline Kill. The project is on the Boris Property , north of Columbia County Route# 9 (Arnolds Mill/Moorhouse Corners Road) about 1 mile west of Route 203 in the Town of Ghent.

Repair a culvert under the East Shore Rail Road at Amtrak mile post 129.8 , about 1 mile north of Poolsburg , in the Townof Stuyvesant , Columbia County N.Y.

The Department has made a tentative determination to modify an existing SPDES permit to discharge 10,000 gpd of wastewater to the East Branch of Cold Spring Brook. The modification is to remove the disinfection requirement from the permit, make the composite sampling practice consistent with other Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) type facilities, and correct the dissolved oxygen limit to be a daily maximum. The facility is located at Route 8, town of Masonville, Delaware County. A draft permit is available for review at the Regional Sub-Office. SPDES #NY-0029955.

The applicant proposes to expand and existing 7.47 acre sandstone mine to 12.29 acres, and to renew the existing permit for a five year term. The site is located off Gallup Hill Road, 100 feet north of Teed Road, in the Town of Masonville, Delaware County.

The permittee proposes the renewal and modification of a n existing sand and gravel mine, of which 4 acres is authorized to be affected during this permit term. Modifications include an increase in the life of mine from two acres to four acres and the addition of a portable processing plant. The mine is located on Route 357 in the Town of Sidney, Delaware County.

The applicant proposes to apply aquatic herbicide (SONAR A.S.) to Crystal Lake (Turtle Lake) which includes a portion of freshwater wetland ED-22 to control aquatic vegetation. Crystal Lake is within the Yogi Bear Jellystone Park Campground. The project is lcoated at East Turtle Lake Road, just north of County Route 17.

The applicant proposes to construct a 4,000 square foot medical building with an on grade slab foundation in the adjacent area of freshwater wetland RS-11. The new building will be constructed on an existing building site. The building will be connected to public sewer and water. The project is located on State Route 28 at the intersection of Lakeview Avenue, in the Village of Richfield Springs.
