The applicant proposes to install one 20 inch by 10 inch diameter gravel-packed well at the existing Old Neck Road Well Field. The well would be approximately 500 feet deep and draw water from the Magothy Aquifer. It would be equipped with an electrically-driven deep well turbine pump rated at a capacity of 1300 gpm.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling with decks, driveway and septic system within the adjacent area of a NYS regulated Freshwater Wetland (#MP-30). The dwelling and septic system are proposed within 54 feet and 52 feet of the freshwater wetlands at this site, respectively. The applicant proposes to: subdivide a 10.635 acre parcel into 15 residential lots with a dwelling and associated amenities on each and internal roadways; replace 760 feet of bulkhead within 18" and replace/expand landward wood walk and placement of approximately 420 cubic yards of clean upland fill as backfill; remove existing footbridge on north side of pond and reconstruct on south side of pond; reconstruct existing dam and replace footbridge; remove existing structures including asphalt drive and revegetate; install 3' x 15' ramp, 6' x 15' float and four anchor piles.
