The applicant proposes to have the Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District (CCSWCD) dredge an existing ditch, approximately 630', along the north side of an abandoned trolley bed, on their property, to assist in the natural flow of water to DEC wetland W-24. The water is currently pooling up and flooding the applicant's property. Dredged material will be disposed of upland and/or to the CCSWCD property. Location: 9214 Lippoldt Road, Brutus (T).

The applicant proposes operate a 5.6 acre sand and gravel mine on a 243 acre parcel of land owned by Wayne Smith. Processing will occur on-site. Proposed mine is located on Valley View Road, approximately ½ mile north of the intersection of Ridge Road and County Road 13A, Town of Otselic, Chenango County.

The City of Oswego proposes to make improvements to the City's water treatment plant to provide the capability to treat a maximum daily flow of 27 million gallons per day, an increase from 21.4 mgd currently permitted. The improvements consist of the replacement of four raw water pumps, new clarification equipment within the existing filtration building and the construction of a new water filter which will be housed in an addition to the existing filtration building.
