Project description: Applicants propose a three-lot subdivision for the purposes of creating 1) a 3.05 acre parcel containing wetlands that will be conveyed to an adjoining landowner, no principal building rights will be transferred with the 3.05 acre lot, 2) a 2.75± acre parcel developed with a preexisting single family dwelling to be retained and 3) a 10.9± acre parcel located on the east and west sides of Brainard’s Forge Road to be retained. The easterly portion of the 10.9± acre parcel will have a single family dwelling constructed on it served by an individual on-site wastewater treatment system and well.
Hamilton County - The Town Board of the Town of Indian Lake, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendments to the Town Zoning Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adding of a definition for "Horticultural Use," modification of the definition for "Kennel," deletion of the definition of "Rooming House" and adding existing permitted uses to various Zoning districts where they are currently not permitted. The project is located in the Town of Indian Lake.
