Albany County - The Planning Board of the City of Albany, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Albany Housing Authority Administrative Office Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves acquisition by condemnation or otherwise of property to permit the construction and operation of an approximately 28,000 square feet Housing Authority Administrative Office Building, including a community meeting room, with ancillary parking and necessary appurtenances and the demoliton of two high rise towers. The project is located on Franklin Street, South Pearl Street, South Ferry Street, Westerlo Street, Albany, New York.

Montgomery County - The New York State Department of Transportation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed PIN 2188.12 - Rte 67 at McDonald Drive will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves realignment of State Route 67 to lessen the severity of the curve near the intersection with McDonald Drive. Action is necessary due to an increasing number of accidents at this location. A Design Public Hearing was held on Feb. 6, 2001. The project is located from 1.0 km to 0.5 km west of the Village of Fort Johnson along Rte 67, Town of Amsterdam.

Montgomery County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed land acquisition and construction of a New Education Building for the Hamilton Fulton Montgomery BOCES, SED Project No. 20-90-00-00-0-015-001, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the purchase of 16 acres of land and 155,000 square feet of new construction. The project is located on New York State Route 67 in the Towns of Johnstown and Glen.
