Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Town of Brookhaven, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Plan Application of Lake Shore Plaza III will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a new 85,762 s.f. shopping center, with related site improvements. The project is located on the north-south portion of the road, east of Hans Boulevard.

Suffolk County - The Town Board of Huntington, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Request to Alienate Parkland (Dix Hills Park) to Install Well site will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Town Board requesting that the State Legislature enable the alienation of a less than two-acre component of Dix Hills Park to allow construction of a new water supply site. The project is located on the northeast component of Dix Hills Park, on the west side of Vanderbilt Parkway in Dix Hills.

Suffolk County - The Town Board of the Town of Smithtown, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Marine Law Permit #00-4 (Nissequogue River Dredging) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves a request to modify condition #1 of the Town of Smithtown Marine Law Permit #00-4 to extend the period of time in which work must be completed from March 14 to April 15 of any given year for the duration of the permit.
