The applicant proposes the mining of gravel and material processing with a portable dry-screen that has a maximum capacity less than 150 tons per hour, on 7.92 acres out of 42.6 acres (owned by the applicant at the site). The haul road is an existing access to McHenry Valley Road (Allegany County Route 11) that will be improved. The estimated life of the mine is 10 years and the reclamation objective is to reestablish stable slopes and terraces for wildlife habitat and recreation. The site is on the north side of McHenry Valley Road, approximately 3.84 miles east from Rossman Road.

The applicant proposes the mining of gravel and material processing with a portable dry-screen that has a maximum capacity less than 150 tons per hour, on 5 acres of land. The main haul road will access Four Mile Road via an existing farm driveway. The estimated life of the mine is 5 years and the reclamation objective is agriculture. The location is 250 feet east of the center-line of Four Mile Road and approximately 500 feet south from West River Road, at 1638 Four Mile Road.

The applicant proposes to fill and shape 600 lineal feet of eroded streambank along Elton Creek using material removed from a gravel bar at the same location. The project is located at the applicant's property on Elton Road (Cattaraugus County Road 21), about 500 feet north (downstream) of the Elton Creek bridge.

The applicant proposes to excavate a drainage swale through the 100 foot-wide regulated adjacent area to the boundary of NYS State Freshwater Wetland LA-2, a Class II wetland, to provide positive drainage of stormwater from NYS Route 5 (Main Street). A pool will be created in the swale to settle out sediment and disturbed areas will be revegetated. The project is located on the south side of Route 5 approximately 500 west of the intersection with Goodrich Road.
