The applicant proposes to install a "T" shaped floating dock facility consisting of a 6' x 150' float and a 6' x 80' float secured by 18 piles and install an additional 12 mooring piles. The property is located at the end of Beach Avenue, Bellmore, Town of Hempstead, County of Suffolk.

The applicant proposes the installation of one new 20" X 10", 500 ft deep well (Well #3) located at the Edgwood Avenue Well Field at the corner of Edgwood Ave and North Country Road, Head of the Harbor. The well will be designed to pump 1,300 gallons per minute of groundwater to be used for public water supply.

Construction of one 14" x 10" diameter gravel packed production well, approximately 440 feet deep, with a capacity of 500 gallons per minute (Point O' Woods Well #2A) to replace existing Point O' Woods Well #2 rated at 250 gallons per minute. The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling , deck, septic system and driveway 45' from Freshwater Wetland MP-34. The property is located at South Greenwich Street, East Hampton, Town of East Hampton

The applicant proposes to retrofit an existing 1,000 gallon per minute (gpm) public supply well for use as an irrigation well, utilizing a 1,500 gpm deep vertical turbine pump. The applicant also proposes to install a shallow well suction pump with a capacity of 200 gpm into the existing well to be operated when the vertical turbine pump is not in use. The project is located at Timber Point Golf Course, River Road at Connetquot River, Great River, Town of Islip, Suffolk County, SCTM# 0500-451-1-4.

The applicant proposes to restore an area of tidal wetlands and construct stormwater detention basins. The wetland restoration project includes excavation in some tidal wetland areas, grading in or near tidal wetland areas, and plantings. A tidal pond will be created and tidal channels will be restored to provide tidal inundation. The project will affect approximately 21 acres of wetlands. The site is located east of Point Road and Priscilla Avenue in Flanders, Town of Southampton, Suffolk County.
