Negative Declaration

Columbia County - The Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Old Kinderhook Inn (formerly the Old Dutch Inn) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of former Old Dutch Inn tavern, restaurant and 9 bedrooms under newname and new ownership. The new owners plan 30 seats-Tavern; 60 seats-Restaurant and 9 room-Inn. The project is located at 8 Broad Street, Kinderhook.

Otsego County - The Town of Springfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local ordinance - Otsego Lake 200 ft. no-wake zone will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the establishment of a 200 ft. no-wake zone along its boundary on Otsego Lake. Regulatory-type buoys willbe used to mark the zone, and will be labelled "SLOW 5 MPH". The project is located on Otsego Lake, Town of Springfield.

Rensselaer County - The Town of North Greenbush Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District No. 6, Town of North Greenbush will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the establishment, creation and operation of Water District No. 6 in the Town of North Greenbush and the construction of associated water system improvements to service said district. Construction will include approximately 20,000 feet of 24", 12", and 8" water lines, fire hydrants and appurtenances. The project is located in the northeast portion of the Town of North Greenbush, generally bounded by the Troy City Line on the north, Bloomingrove Drive on the west, Winter Street Extension on the south and Winter Street Extension on the east. Includes the Meadow Drive subdivision and the Rensselaer County Department of Social Services Facilities on Bloomingrove Drive.

The project is located in the northwest portion of the Town of North Greenbush, generally bounded by Wanda Court and Sandra Drive on the north, Bloomingrove Drive on the east, Winter Street Extension on the south and North Greenbush Road (NYS Route 4) on the west.

This district will serve approximately ten residences and the Town of North Greenbush Highway Department and Police Department facilities. The project is located in the western portion of the Town of North Greenbush in the vicinity of the Town of North Greenbush Highway Garage, generally bounded by Reynolds Road on the north, Snyders Lake Road on the east, Greenhill Road on the south and North Greenbush Road (NYS Route 4) on the west.

Positive Declaration

Rensselaer County - The Town of Nassau Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Totem Lodge Estates Subdivision may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS must be prepared. The action involves the subdivision of approximately 120 acres of land into a total of 20 residential building lots. The project is located on the eastern shore of Burden Lake (Third Lake) in the Town of Nassau.
