New Notices for ENB Issue of March 21, 2001: 1

City of Glen Cove. The staff of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation propose to revise the State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit of the wastewater treatment plant of the City of Glen Cove.

A legislative hearing will to receive unsworn statements from the public on the draft permit will be held on April 25, 2001 at 10:00am. A pre-adjudicatory hearing issues conference is scheduled to be held on April 25, 2001 immediately following the legislative session. Filings for party status must be received by close of business on April 18, 2001.
