The applicant proposes to expand and existing 7.0 acre sand and gravel mine to an 11.4 acre life-of-mine, of which the entire 11.4 acres is proposed to be affected during the permit term. Processing includes the use of a screen sorter and crusher. The site is proposed to be reclaimed as agricultural/pasture land. The mine is lcoated on the eastern side of County Route 18 (River Road), approximately 1.2 miles north of the intersection with County Route 25.
