Project Description: The applicant has applied for a regional permit to selectively apply the herbicides Accord and Glypro as a cut-stump treatment of woody vegetation in the right-of-ways of Gas Transmission Pipelines 33, 39, 49 and 56, in the Towns of Watertown, Pamelia and Wilna. Within the treatment areas are regulated freshwater wetlands W-2, W-13, W-14, D-12, S-4, RU-1, RU-8, A-10, A-18, A-20, and A-23. The herbicide would be applied by hand bottle or backpack sprayer to cut tree stumps to prevent multi-stem regeneration. |
