Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Zoning Board of the City of Rochester, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Walmart Super-Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves demolishing four existing commercial buildings and construction of a 204,000 sf retail/automotive repair center with an accessory 1021 space parking lot. The project is located at 1490-1500 Hudson Avenue, Rochester, New York.

Ontario County - The Planning Board of the Town of Canandaigua, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Old Brookside Planned Unit Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 152.2 acre Planned Unit Development. The project is located in the Town of Canandaigua north of New York State Routes 5 and 20, west and south of Buffalo Street Extension, due east of the Canandaigua Town Hall.

Positive Declaration and Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS

Monroe County - The Town Board of the Town of Greece, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed 846 and 860 Long Pond Road Rezoning. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., April 4, 2001. The action involves rezoning vacant land from SFI and SF2 to BR in order to develop a retail/office plaza. The project is located east of Long Pond Road and north of English Road, Greece, New York.
