Negative Declaration

Westchester County - The New York State Department of Transportation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Crown Communication New York, Inc. will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 120 ft. tall telecommunuications monopole for public utility traffic monitoring and for wireless telecommunication purposes by the Department of Transportation. The monopole will replace an existing 110 ft. DOT lattice communications tower. The project is located on Wilmot Road, off Exit 19 of the Hutchinson River Parkway in New Rochelle.

Positive Declaration

Orange County - The Town of Wawayanda Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoning Update may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS must be prepared. The action involves revisions to Town Code Chapter 195; Zoning Ordinance. The project is located Town wide.

Westchester County - The Planning Board of the Town of Greenburgh, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 100 Old Army Road three lot subdivision may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS must be prepared. The action involves the development of a three lot subdivision of an existing 2.71 acre parcel. The project is zoned R-20 (One-Family Residential District). The project involves the removal of a two-story frame structure and the construction of three separate driveways off of Old Army Road, the construction of three single family homes, removal and blasting of portions of the rock wall and slopes along Old Army Road, the relocation and the restabilization of utility lines and related alterations. The project is located on the northeastern corner of the intersection of Ardsley Road and Old Army Road, Town of Greenburgh.
