New Notices for ENB Issue of March 14, 2001: 1

Dalrymple Gravel and Contracting Company, Inc. proposes to develop a 112 acre sand and gravel mine on a 313 parcel in the Town of Erwin, Steuben County.

A legislative hearing will be held on March 27, 2001 at 7:00pm to receive additional comments on this application. Written comments on the dEIS will be accepted until 10 day after the close of the hearing.
