Project Description: The Village of Leicester proposes to take a supply of water not to exceed 250,000 gallons per day (GPD) from the Village of Mount Morris's Silver Lake Source to serve the entire Village of Leicester. The water distribution system is currently in place. The Village of Leicester is currently served by the Village of Mount Morris, however, this permit will authorize an increase from 100,000 GPD to 250,000 GPD. The draft permit and application documents are available for review and comment at the regional office. |
