Negative Declaration

Albany County - The University of Albany, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed UAIM CESTM Phase II Expansion (Office and 300 MM Components) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a three-story office building of approximately 120,000 gross square feet, a two-story building of approximately 130,000 gross square feet, known as the 300 MM component, parking for an additional 393 cars, connecting drives, supporting outdoor spaces, utilities, and a new electrical substation. The project is located at the University of Albany, Albany, New York.
