Project Description: The Department has made a tentative determination to approve this application for a new permit for a discharge of up to 30,000 gallons per day of treated sanitary wastewater as park irrigation water into the groundwater and the Hudson River (Class I) from a biological treatment plant at Site 18A, located at Teardrop Park, Murray Street and River Terrace, New York, NY 10280, where the applicant plans to construct a 900-unit residential building. A draft permit is available for inspection and comment at the regional office. |
