Applicant proposes to subdivide a 9.08 acre parcel fronting on Oyster Bay Harbor into two lots. Lot A will be 6.08 acres in area and will contain an existing single family dwelling, septic system, swimming pool with terrace and driveway. Lot B will be 3 acres in area and will be developed or sold for development in the future. The site is located at 410 Centre Island Road in the Village of Centre Island. NCTM # 28-F-4.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, septic system, driveway and retaining wall. The house and septic system are proposed within 33 feet and 77 feet, respectively of the tidal wetlands at the site. Variances from the development restrictions of the Tidal Wetlands Land Use Regulations, Part 661, have been requested. The project is located on the north side of Connetquot Drive, approximately 1170 feet west of Elsmere Avenue, Oakdale, Town of Islip, Suffolk County, SCTM # 0500-350-01-003.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, asphalt driveway, sanitary system, and fence within the 100 ft. adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland #BE-9. The property is located at Holly Road, Oakdale, Town of Islip, County of Suffolk, SCTM No. 500-352-1-4.

The applicant proposes to subdivide 131,667.02 sq. ft. lot into three lots of 20,043.55 sq.ft., 55,692.33 sq.ft., and 55,931.14 sq.ft. respectively for purposes to constructing three single family dwellings. The property that is landward of the crest of the bluff is out of jurisdiction for Article 25. The property is located at Sound Shore Road, on Long Island Sound, Riverhead.

The Applicant proposes to grade and clear a section of the adjacent area of the regulated freshwater wetland designated SH-10. This work would be done in association with the construction of a single family dwelling, deck and pool. The grading and clearing will be done within an area located 75 feet from the delineated freshwater wetland boundary, and a buffer zone 75 feet in width from this boundary will be maintained.
