Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The Town of Busti, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Creation of Town of Busti Helen P. Andrews Water District No. 7 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the formation of a water district to serve a residential/commercial area approximately 7,100 acres in size. No construction of water supply facilities or increases in the amount of water used were proposed as part of this action. The project is located in the Town of Busti.

Recision of Positive Declaration and Issuance of Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed addition and alterations to the Elementary School #7 in the Dunkirk City School District, SED Project No. 06-08-00-01-0-006-005, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves 40,170 square feet of new additions on existing property. The project is located at 348 Lakeshore Drive E. in the City of Dunkirk.
