Negative Declaration

Jefferson County - The Town Board of the Town of Hounsfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Waterline Corridor Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an update of the Town of Hounsfield's 1989 Comprehensive Master Plan. The update focuses on the proposed Town of Hounsfield Water District #2 Corridor Area. The project is located Town-wide.

Jefferson County - The Town of Henderson, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District No. 1 - Water Distribution System will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a water treatment and distribution system composed of water mains, service laterals with meters, fire hydrants, water treatment and storage facilities, water intake and pump station, to service the residences and businesses within the Water District. The project is located on New York State Routes 3 and 178 - Sections of County Routes 72 and 123 in the Town of Henderson.

Lewis County - The Town Board of the Town of New Bremen, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment of the Town of New Bremen Site Plan Review Zoning Law will not have a signficant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law which will amend the Town Site Plan review Zoning Law as it pertains to the definition and regulation of solid waste management facilities including, but not limited to, solid waste, landfills, transfer stations, recycling facilities, incinerators, land application facilities, composting facilities, regulated medical waste, waste tires storage, used oil, C&D petroleum contaminated soils, and land-clearing debris. The project is located in the Town of New Bremen.

Oneida County - The Village of Holland Patent, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Holland Patent Wastewater Collection and Disposal System will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a wastewater collection and disposal system composed of gravity sewer mains and laterals, manholes, grinder pump stations, lift stations, pressure sewer force mains, metering equipment, clean-outs, building connections, and associated appurtenances to convey wastewater from the Village of Holland Patent to the Town of Marcy at Hamlet of Stittville.
