Construct a sewer outfall pipe from the proposed Village of Herrings Wastewater Collection and Treatment Facility with the outfall to consist of a 40' section of 8" ductile iron pipe encased in 2.5 CY of concrete extending 2' into the Black River with 15 CY of rip-rap to be placed around the pipe. The project is located along the Black River in the Village of Herrings. |
