Install a complete water supply and distribution system to serve the newly created Henderson Water District No. 1 (Hamlets' of Henderson and Henderson Harbor) and take a supply of water for use in the district in amounts to average 73,800 gpd from Lake Ontario. Project also involves the construction of a raw water intake into Lake Ontario at Henderson Harbor.

The applicant proposes to alter a permitted 29 acre limestone aggregate mine to a dimension stone operation for off-site finishing as decorative stone, stone facia, fencing, etc. No change in the 29 acre life of mine is proposed. The site is located approximately 3 miles northwest of the Village of Evans Mills, north of Alverson Road, 2000' west of Farrell Road.

Install a water distribution system to serve Pamelia Water District No. 1 (Pala Wood Services Company, Inc. - Patterson Road) and take a supply of water in amounts to average 10,000 gpd from the Fort Drum Water Transmission Main which is owned and maintained by the Development Authority of the North Country.

This Department has made a tentative determination to approve this application for the discharge of 12,650 gallons per day of treated sewage from the proposed municipal wastewater treatment facility to be built in the Village of Herrings.

Construct a sewer outfall pipe from the proposed Village of Herrings Wastewater Collection and Treatment Facility with the outfall to consist of a 40' section of 8" ductile iron pipe encased in 2.5 CY of concrete extending 2' into the Black River with 15 CY of rip-rap to be placed around the pipe. The project is located along the Black River in the Village of Herrings.

The applicant proposes to excavate approximately 6000 cubic yards of earth in conjunction with creation of a 300' long x 100' wide x 8' deep pond at the applicant's property east of Gulf Road 3.5 miles south of the hamlet of Colton. The site is mapped as federally protected wetlands. The Department is assessing water quality impact.

Installation of a complete water supply and distribution system to serve the newly created East Louisville Water District and take a supply of water in amounts to average 120,000 gpd for use in the system from the St. Lawrence River. Project also involves construction of a raw water intake and borings for waterpipe under the Grasse River and Freshwater Wetland MA-3.
