Project Description: The applicant requests a renewal and modification of an existing permit for an existing solid waste transfer station (municipal solid waste, Construction & Demolition Debris and recyclables). The modification would be the restoration of expanded allowable hours for receiving waste to 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (Mondays through Fridays) and 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Saturdays. No new construction or increase in maximum throughput of waste is proposed. The location is on the west side of Route 100 between Route 158 and Plum Brook Road. |
