Erie County - The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed NFTA Boat Harbor Beach Access Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project consists of restoration of the existing beach area, construction of a boardwalk, fishing pier, bicycle path, floating dock, personal watercraft launch areas and two 30+ parking space lots. The project is located on Furhman Blvd., Buffalo.

Niagara County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed A Tomís Sanitation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves landspreading of septage on 17.5 acres owned by Mr. Robert Pratt located at 9350 Lake Road approximately 1/4 mile east of the intersection of Burgess and Lake Roads in the Town of Somerset.

Wyoming County - The Town of Eagle, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hamlet of Bliss Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The proposed action involves the renovation and replacement of the Hamlet of Bliss Water Supply System which was recently established as a town water district, but was under private ownership since it was constructed in the late 1880ís. Project components include 1) water quality testing at the spring collector, addition of chlorination, and replacement of the building housing the spring; 2) demolition of the existing chlorination building; 3) construction of a larger reservoir; 4) water quality testing of the auxiliary well and provisions for chlorination and emergency operation; and 5) replacement of all existing water mains, water services, fire hydrants, valves and appurtenances, in order to meet domestic uses and fire protection needs. The project is located in the Hamlet of Bliss and portions of the Town of Eagle.
