Project Description: The applicant has applied for a Solid Waste Management permit to increase the capacity of its sludge composting operation from 140 to 230 tons per year. The proposed system is a containerized system and will completely replace the existing aerated static pile method currently in operation. The area to be used for the proposed composting operation is the same area currently used for the existing operation.
