Project Description: NOCO Energy Corporation currently operates a facility as a lubricant and motor oil storage and distribution facility located at 1020 County Route 28, Lisbon, New York. The Lisbon facility is proposing to expand its business by receiving and storing non-hazardous waste oil collected and transported by 6NYCRR Part 364 permitted vehicles. The waste oil will be stored in three on-site steel tanks consisting of an 1800 gallon and two 3800 gallon safe fill capacity tanks plus sixteen 55 gallon drums all within a secondary diked containment area. The waste oil will be stored at the Lisbon facility until it is transported offsite. |
