Negative Declaration

Allegany County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Construction of Dam and Pond by Mike Boyczuk will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a 33-foot earthen Class "A" dam to create a recreational pond with a surface area of approximately 7.5 acres at normal water elevation. The project is located at 7583 New Hudson Road approximately mile south of the intersection of Dolph and New Hudson Roads, in the Town of New Hudson.

Cattaraugus County - The Village Board of the Village of South Dayton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a new water supply well, new water treatment facility, 5,000 LF of replacement water mains, and rehabilitation of the water storage tank. The project is located at various locations in the Village of South Dayton.

Erie County - The Town of Holland Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Special Use Permit and License for a salvage yard located at 7178 Vermont Hill Road in the Town of Holland.

Erie County - The New York State Dormitory Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Durham Memorial AME Zion Church will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 2 story addition to the existing Church. The addition will be approximately 30,000 gross sq. ft. and will connect to the rear of the existing Church. The Durham Memorial AME Zion Church will be operated as a community center and day care facility. The proposed site is a .76 acre lot and existing church. The project is located at 174 East Eagle Street, Buffalo.
