Monore County - The Town of Penfield, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Amendment to 1990 Master Plan may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS must be prepared. The action involves adoption of an amendment to the 1990 Penfield Master Plan (Comprehensive Plan). The Town Board intends to prepare a Draft Generic EIS for this plan. The project is located in the Town of Penfield.

Monroe County - The County of Monroe, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Seneca Park Zoo Development Plan Update may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS must be prepared. The action involves revision of the 1991 Seneca Park Zoo Development Plan, amending the 1990 Seneca Park Master Plan, and implementation of the new Zoo Development Plan. Implementation of the new Plan will increase the size of the existing Zoo with expansion of parking facilities, existing exhibits, and support facilities. New exhibits would also be constructed. Improvements to Seneca Park are also planned as part of this project. The project is located at the Seneca Park Zoo, City of Rochester.

|Notice of Acceptance of Draft Generic EIS and Public Hearing|
Monroe County - The Town of Brighton Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a draft generic EIS on the proposed Adoption of Comprehensive Plan 2000 for the Town of Brighton and Necessary Map and Code Amendments. A public hearing on the draft generic EIS will be held on February 27, 2001 at 7:30 p.m. and March 14, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Brighton Town Hall, 2300 Elmwood Avenue. Comments are requested and will be accepted by the contact person until March 24, 2001. The action involves the adoption of Comprehensive Plan 2000 and the preparation and adoption of Town Code and Zoning Map amendments necessary for its implementation. When and if adopted, Comprehensive Plan 2000 will provide the legal basis for developing and implementing land use regulations for the town and will serve as a guide for both public and private decisions that will influence the Town of Brighton community in the future. The project is located in the entire Town of Brighton.

|Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS|
Monroe County - The Town of Penfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a draft EIS on the proposed Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval and Environmental Protection Overlay District Permits. Comments on the draft EIS are requested and will be received by the Planning Board until 5:00 p.m. on February 8, 2001. The project involves at 300,000 sq. ft. expansion to an existing facility at 911 Panorama Trail South. The project also involves the installation of accessory parking on land in the Town of Pittsford and the Town of Penfield. The total project acreage within the Town of Penfield is 21.87 acres.
