Broome County - The Town of Chenango Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposal by Independent Wireless One-Sprint will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a collocating a telecommunication antenna on an existing tower. The project is located at 8 John Smith Road, Binghamton.

Broome County - The Town of Chenango Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wightman Drive Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the connection of two ends of Wightman Drive and subdivision of the parcel into six lots for the purpose of new home construction. The project is located on Dightman Drive, Binghamton.

Onondaga County - The Village of Fayetteville Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed new local law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a local law to amend certain procedures pertaining to the Historic Preservation District. The project is located in the Village of Fayetteville, Onondaga County.

Oswego County - The Town of Sandy Creek, as lead agency, has determined that the proposal by Crown Atlantic Company, LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction and operation of a wireless telephone facility consisting of a 190 foot self-supporting tower and up to four antenna arrays, together with accessory buildings and other site improvements. The project is located on the east side of State Route 11, approximately one mile south of the intersection of County Route 15 (Harwood Drive) and State Route 11, just north of Miller Road, Town of Sandy Creek.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Onondaga County - The Town of Dewitt Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final EIS on the proposed Collamer Business Park. The action involves the development of manufacturing/office park facilities on approximately 200 acres of industrial land. The Park is to be developed in phases the first phase being the construction of a 117,200 sq. ft. manufacturing/office facility and supporting infrastructure. The project is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Interstate Route 481 and Collamer road, north of the NYS Thruway (Route 90) Exit 34A in the Town of Dewitt.

Onondaga County - The Town of Clay Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final EIS on the proposed Zone Change, Raymour and Flanigan Furniture and Route 31 Associates. The action involves the change of zone for approximately 13.0 acres from Agricultural (A-1) District, and One Family Residential (R-2) District, to Shopping Center (C-5) District. The project is located south of Route 31 and west of Soule Road, Town of Clay.
