Dredge a total of approximately 2500 cubic yards of sediment from a 190' x 60' section of an inland channel and a 360' x 40' channel to deeper waters of the St. Lawrence River with all dredged material pumped to an upland bermed disposal area; remove a 145' x 6' dock along the bank and replace the structure with a 50' x 8' floater; and install 255' of steel sheetpiling along the base of the bank at 46150 Stump Road, Wellesley Island.

This Department has received a request to modify an existing permit and has drafted an Article 19 (Air Pollution Control) of the Environmental Conservation Law, an Air State Facility Permit, at the facility located at 630 Henry Street, Rome, New York 13440 which manufactures high quality cold-rolled strip steel. Incoming steel is rolled, annealed, slitted, some is copper coated to meet customer specifications, and is packaged for shipment. This facility has three emission units with the following information:

000003 Breakdown rolling mills; VOC's, Particulates

The Department has made a tentative determination to approve a modification to the existing SPDES permit to increase the ammonia limit at outfall 004 and to include ammonia monitoring requirements at outfall 04A.

This Department has received a request to modify an existing permit and has drafted an Article 19 (Air Pollution Control) of the Environmental Conservation Law, an Air State Facility Permit, at the facility located at Rooseveltown Road, Massena, New York which manufactures automobile parts for emission units GMFAC, GMCAST, GMMELT AND GMMOLD.

This permit includes federally enforceable conditions to limit considered to "cap" emissions below the applicable threshold level set forth in 6NYCRR Part 201. The draft permit with conditions is available for review in the Region 6 NYS DEC office in Watertown, New York.
