Oswego County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Village of Albion, as lead agency, has determined that the Storm Sewer Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves installation of 4,050 linear feet of storm sewer facilities along West, West Bank and West State Streets. In addition, illegal connections between the storm sewer system and the sanitary sewer system will be eliminated. The project will reduce local flooding, as well as inflow and infiltration to the sanitary sewer system. Comments on the negative declaration will be accepted by the contact person listed below until February 1, 2001. The project is located in portions of West, West Bank, and West State Streets, in the Village of Albion.

Onondaga County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed additions and alterations to the Roxboro Road Elementary School in the North Syracuse Central School District, SED Project No. 42-03-03-06-0-008-016, may have a significant environmental impact and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared.
The action involves 25,825 square feet of new additions on existing property. The project is located at 200 Bernard Street, in the Town of Salina.
